Therapist | Sexologist | Educator | Author

Pronouns: she/her/hers

My goal is to help my clients master both peace and pleasure in order to live the lives they deserve and desire. To create safe spaces where you can explore your mental health and sexuality while feeling supported and empowered. I want to live in a world where every soul feels fulfilled and confident in their decision making, secure in their business because it is thriving, and believes Anything is Possible because guess what? IT IS!

You may be trying your best to turn your relationship around, however, you are faced with challenges related to past traumas which are now causing trust issues between you and your partner(s). Or maybe you are experiencing discourse of some sort which is preventing you from being able to explore your sexuality and gender identity. Perhaps you are thinking and behaving in ways that no longer serve you. You hope that can identify what is blocking your growth and holding you back from experiencing the healthy love and satisfying sex that you deserve

I am here to help you dismantle unhealthy patterns, unpack shame, discover strengths, and develop healthy coping strategies.

WORKING WITH ME, YOU WILL DEVELOP A CUSTOMIZED TOOLKIT TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE THE LIFE YOU DESERVE AND DESIRE IN RELATIONSHIPS, WORK, THE BEDROOM, AND – MOST IMPORTANTLY – WITH YOURSELF

Official Bio

Malika O'Neill, LPC, is the CEO and founder of The Pleasure Collective, LLC, a psychotherapy practice providing therapy, coaching, and educational service to help you manifest peace and pleasure so that you can live the life you deserve and desire. She uses a wealth of treatment, healing, and coaching modalities to synchronize her mission to educate, explore, and empower her clients.

Malika is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Sexologist, Educator, and Author.  As a culturally competent and integrative professional, Malika's clinical practice serves individuals, families, and groups from diverse backgrounds. Because of her unique ability to establish meaningful clinical relationships with authenticity, warmth, and patience, she helps empower her clients to identify and dismantle unhealthy patterns, unpack shame, discover strengths and develop healthy coping strategies.  Seasoned and skilled, Malika utilizes Feminist, Narrative, Collaborative and Strengths-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness/Meditation to create a safe clinical space to offer her insight.

Malika believes that there should always be a safe space to explore our wounds because they are often the openings into the best and most beautiful parts of us. Identifying these wounds, and being able to navigate through them, will allow us to begin manifestation in peace and pleasure. I am also a member of the LBGTQAI+ community and the Black Lives Matter Movement.
