I am here to help you become the greatest version of yourself. Through this therapeutic process, you will feel challenged and yet accomplished when you fulfill your goals. At times, we may get through tough conversations however, you will feel a sense of achievement when overcoming the greatest obstacles. This process overall is to help you gain a sense of autonomy and awareness through my support and encouragement. 

I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, self-esteem, complex trauma, autism, and ADHD. I help individuals become more resilient when faced with adversity. I also help individuals discover their strengths and live a more positive lifestyle. Through my support you will find the light within that gives you the power to make life worth living. 
My areas of expertise are positive psychology, Cognitive Behavior Psychology, feminist therapy, and group therapy. I focus more on what the individual needs before submitting to a specific practice. I take pride in creating a therapeutic journey that uniquely benefits each client. I look forward to helping you develop a happier and healthier lifestyle.
