We do not accept insurance, however, if you receive Out of Network benefits from your insurance provider, we can offer documentation with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement Many clients are able to obtain at least some reimbursement from their insurance provider for mental health services. Here are some questions you can ask to inquire about coverage:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been satisfied?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Some providers are not able to give out-of-network receipts because they are unlicensed. Please confirm with your clinician if you need an out-of-network receipt.
Payments are processed through all major credit cards through our secure client portal via Simple practice or in person in order to ensure the safety of all personal information. In addition, we also accept payments through both HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account).
Payments are billed the morning of your session, including your intake session.

Sliding Scale Rates: We do offer a sliding scale however, we like to keep the low fee spots open for those who need them and would otherwise not be able to receive mental health services. Please be kind and thoughtful of this when inquiring about sliding scale fee options.
HOPE (Helping One Person Everyday) Program: In an effort to help our community during the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering "pay what you can services" to those who qualify. In order to qualify for this program, you must demonstrate a need. This program is designed for those who need them and would otherwise not be able to receive quality mental health services. Please be kind and thoughtful of this when applying. Click here to apply.
We maintain a 24- hour cancellation policy, except in the case of serious illness, emergency, or weather-related issues. If you do not call to cancel your appointment at least 24-hours prior to the time of your session, you will be charged the full session fee.
